  2. When receiving documents, customers must provide a copy of their receipt; otherwise, no complaints will be considered.
  3. Stick to the stated fee on the receipt; don’t pay extra to anyone.
  4. Documents handed over to the Embassy can only be retrieved after they’ve been attested; no refunds or returns during this process.
  5. Retrieve your documents within 45 days; after that, we won’t be responsible for any loss or damage.
  6. Upon request, documents can be sent back via courier to a designated address, with costs covered by the customer.
